Unit skips over province
So I was moving a unit into an AI province during human peace period but we could still attack AI. But all of a sudden the province belongs to another human, and my unit mysteriously skips over to one of my other provinces! How?

very well, you can't go to war because it is peace period, so you can't contest his taking the province, and your units are teleported back over the border
