I just read about new player bonuses...being able to pick certain units to start that are not normally available.
So this is only for new players in their very first game? Not available to them after that?

Unit type availability
Once in a while I see this...
A player has units that are not available yet in research.
Example...in a game I'm playing now...Morocco has medium tanks on day 3. (American type) yet they can only be researched on day 4.
Reasons?
