They still have a fraction of a percent life.
The display doesn’t round up , it simply cuts off the remaining digits.
So 0.09% will only display as 0.0%, instead of calling it 0.1%
One more hit will probably finish them off, it is rare for a unit to have just that much left when combat ends.
