units move speed not adjusted after capturing territory

Over the past few days I have noticed that a unit's time to reach a destination is not updated after the traveling unit captures an empty province en route.

After I click on the unit and refresh it's journey to the destination, then the travel time decreases to the correct amount.

I experimented today by noting that after capturing a province the onward travel time did not decrease, and I refreshed my browser (PC) to see if the travel time would update. The time still did not decrease. Only when I grabbed the unit and pointed it at its intended destination again, did the revised travel time appear.

I do not know if this is a display bug or if the unit is actually still crawling at the reduced "enemy territory speed" after capturing said territory.

Old known bug, you can just increase then decrease your speed ( with marchmove ) and it should solve it. The bug happens when you conquer a province or upgrade while they have a route going. Also if a unit in front of you captures a province, you should adjust time with the units following the same path through the province.

I think its a server timer (sync) bug, they have at least 2 servers for each game that has to be in sync. Many of the other bugs have happened that way.

I've also seen hostile units continue on their territory at normal speed, and continue normal speed after I capture the territory. Same thing, just not fixable since you dont control the hostile units to force them to update sooner, can be most annoying.

You can actually, decrease their speed - choose to attack the unit with nearby friendly unit, it will then adjust its speed and you can cancel the attack. ( although it requires a unit that can reach it in time before it reaches the newly gained province )
