In the image below I am patrolling over Istanbul. I can see one stack of 13 units but the other stack is a ghost. I refreshed and it is still a ghost.

Hello, if the province enemy possesses a fortifacion of level 5 will hide troops, another possibility is that is that reconnaissance aircraft have not approached enough and has not detected the troops.
"I came, I saw, I conquered" Written in a report to Rome 47 B.C., after conquering Pharnaces at Zela in Asia Minor in just five days; as quoted in Life of Caesar by Plutarch; reported to have been inscribed on one of the decorated wagons in the Pontic triumph, in Lives of the Twelve Caesars, Julius, by Suetonius. Neither of those are the case. There is no fort and the two stacks are on the same point. I have bombed all but two of the 13 stack and I still can't see the other stack.
Update: The larger stack is gone and I have a ground unit very near so the issue isn't really patrol visibility. The ghost unit is still there even after clearing cache and refreshing. If I try to attack it with an air or ground unit it says "Server state differs from client.". I'm assuming it is some kind of glitched aircraft since I've seen something like this before but that's just a guess. I'm only providing this information for the devs, not complaining.
Update2: After capturing the province the ghost stack is still there, even after refresh.
BTW. I don't know if this is a bug or a feature, but now that you can move units closer to target location, if you move too close to city dot it will capture province. In this case I had one tank and one INF marching close to same point. Apparently the tank did a "quantum leap" and captured the province, while the INF stayed at the point. The INF probably didn't "jump" because the tank got there first, but maybe the tank also has a bit more "range".
