Units not taking damage from Aircraft

I've just attacked above highlighted unit with 10 tacs and 17 fighters in a stack and they took no damage at all.

What is up with that? I'm 100% sure that I targeted that specific unit.

I have tried, but not been able to. It did it once more after this, however I think it might be browser-related (refreshing).
