I'd never encountered this before but think it happened to me in a Blitzkrieg game. Playing as Sweden, somehow one of my starter AAs downgraded itself to L1 despite starting as L2. Very strange

Units un upgrade themselves
I've been playing the 1939 World War 2 map for a long time and a new bug showed itself to me around a year and a half ago of my units un upgrading themselves and every time I'd click on a new unit it was like a virus they'd down grade themselves as well. I thought the problem was fix a bit ago but I joined a game as Germany yesterday and much of my Infantry, tanks, and artillery went from Infantry went from level 3 back to level 1, Light tanks to level 2 back to one and artillery level 2 to level 1. This bug is horrendous and needs to be fixed once and for all. I've reported it multiple times.

Happened to me also. I was playing as the US in a HWW game and one of my infantry downgraded themselves by 2 levels. (From level 3 to level 1)
Being a patriot is not something I should be ashamed of.
