Hi litenew,
this error appears when you are already playing in the max amount of games. I recommend you to finish first some games until you start a new one.

Unknown Error: -28
I can't join any game at all due to this unknown error: -28. How can this be fixed so I can play again? I know there are 4 or 5 other threads of this but so far nobody has provided a solution except doing a support ticket which hasn't been answered yet. Is it something that can only be fixed on Call of War's end or is there some way I can fix this now?
