Was there a fix for this that I'm just not finding? I'm having the same problem. Is there a cap on the number of archived games we can have or something? If so, how do we clean it out?

I cant seem to play the game. Every time I click play I get the message that says unknown error

Please use the following link to generate a support ticket [report] from outside of a map

Please note affected map numbers in the ticket so the Game Operators can find them quickly.

the -28 error has now been replaced by a nice error message which will tell you that you reached maximum number of parallel games
