Unusable Road in Australia
Well @jubjub bird and @K.Rokossovski I've found my own unusable road.
The road that connects the provinces of Tanami and Lajamanu in Operation Supremacy is not usable. My stack can move all the way to the province border (see image below) but to get them to the center of Lajamanu province, I have to send them around through several other provinces.

This is in an Operation Supremacy map, and this province belonged to one of the AI bases.
