Upgrading bug (select all armies —> cancel current upgrading units)

In one of my games, I was upgrading some units, some artillery and anti-air. Probably a couple of hours later, before they had finished upgrading, I decided to select all my armies (maybe 117 units) just to see what I had. This included selecting the units that were currently upgrading.

As an extension of this I clicked ‘upgrade’ on all my armies just to see how much it would cost me, so how much time I needed to save up the resources I required.

As expected, I couldn’t afford it - it came up with an option to pay like 14k gold to buy all resources required, which I just declined by closing the window.

However, when I did this, I noticed that my previously upgrading units were no longer upgrading, and I didn’t get my resources or manpower reimbursed after doing this.

I’m not aware if this bug has been reported before, but the game didn’t let me know I’d be cancelling the upgrade of my units just by declining to upgrade the rest of my units.

Has anyone else had this problem?
