Ustaše Paraphernalia

Several days ago, I reported a player in one of my game rounds for displaying Ustaše paraphernalia in the newspaper, and changing their flag to the flag of the NDH. However, the issue has not been resolved; the player is still in the game round and the flag and other images are still there. I've reported inappropriate (e.g. Nazi) content via the ingame Support feature several times, and each time, the issue has been dealt with within 2-3 days. It's been almost 6 days now and still no help. This brings up the question: Does Bytro not care about people promoting the Ustaše (a fascist regime) in their game, where the ToS clearly states that it's banned? Or (and I hope this is not the case) does Bytro not even know what the Ustaše was/is?
