When spies damage destroy a building does the player receive any notice? Spies only appear in the newspaper if they get caught. They wouldnβt necessarily be there if successful.

A newspaper article will say "Building has been damaged. Sabotage can't be discarded" or something like that.

I use spies a lot and don't remember ever see that, but then again, I rarely try to sabotage buildings.
