The real point I was trying to make was please put it on the opening Newspaper page by default. I think some of the younger ones either dont get it or dont want to get it. By putting it on the front of the newspaper under rules, Bytro highlight the issue.

@BMfox, I think that his suggestion is very valid. Basically he thinks there should be a warning somewhere in the newspaper that says "Posting nazi stuff is banned".
I think a pop-up warning that appears when you click the "send" button for the newspaper would be optimal.
