Victory points in Europe Blitzkreig map

_{Good day, there is a small issue in the 1939 Blitz map- the province of Montreal in Canada has 10 victory points, while the Capital- Ottawa has 0. Just wanted to let you know.}

This is a remnant from the CoW 1.0 (classic) version of the map, when capitals could be in rural provinces, and Montreal was the city instead of Ottawa. Guess they didn't want to take away Montreal's victory points.
