It's not even a bug, wth are ya tryna do? And your spamming threads.
Smart. I do that sometimes by splitting off mot infantry to take a province faster.

It's not a bug. It's intended.
It's a solid micro-tactic if you can time it up right. I've changed the course of games when I was able to be active for 1-2 hours consistently to micromanage my units like this.
