It definitely wasn't Paratroopers, as the newspaper refers to the army that capture the province as an Armored Car Division.
Weird province captured issue
This is not a Bug, it's an Issue. I don't know if this is one of those new 2.0 things, but in my 1.0 days I never saw anything like this. So in my America Homefront game, North California attacks Oregon, an AI. N.Cal takes one of Oregon's provinces, but it's not on the border, and get this: EVERY OTHER PROVINCE OREGON HAS IS AT 100% MORALE.
Colors map:

Morale map:

Also, the captured province is at 0% morale, not the usual 25%. I checked the newspaper, no other provinces have been taken (the war just started today). And, Oregon has not taken any capitals or anything else that would have raised the morale. I then thought it was paratroopers, but paratroopers have a 12 hour mobilization time, and the war just started a couple hours ago. So how did this happen?

Some time ago, Oregon gave NC ROW due to pupularity, or maybe when the Oregon player was still active.
Anyway, NC sent the Amored car randomly to this province, and 1 of 2 things happened:
It was stationed in the center of the province, and when NC declared, it automatically captured the province.
THe second explenation is more likely and least likely at the same time.
The exact same thing with the AC happened, but it was stationed in the 'Roads' of the prov and not the center, and for some reason NC decided to hit it with some strat bombers. THis accounts for the 0% morale, but why would someone bomb the hell out of a random rural province?
It could also be related to one of the bugs iwth booster card unit deployment.

Thanks for the feedback. It definitely is weird, but it doesn't affect my gameplay, so I'll just leave it be.
