So i got this old new pc with windows xp. i open the game and it stucks at the loading screen. the loading line isn`t moving at all, i was w8 about 20mins, nothing happens.... what can be the issue here??

xp ok if u use firefox browser
Microsoft stop supporting XP a couple years ago.
As Peter said, you can try Firefox, Chrome, and any other browser, though no promises anything will work. Trial and error will probably be your best chance. Vista is the oldest OS I know of that will run CoW properly. An upgrade will serve you more use than just playing CoW, I'm sure.
