Those are stealth troops like anti tank, militia or commandos. Stealth troops can be revealed by interceptors, armoured cars and motorized infantry.

I thought stealth units appear when attacked. There is no bunker

You probably won that battle but there was a lag so you keep fighting in an empty city. Should be gone with a refresh.

I did, so many times, even left the game opened a new tab. it still there
