See the photo. This is how many points a province has in dominion Antarctica...and its not the province at the centre of the map its a weird province towards the north, so Northern countries have an advantage???????
That’s a top secret bonus province. 
Actually it is just a bug that this province displays so many points. Victory points are actually meaningless in the Dominion type maps because winning the map depends on controlling enough of the control locations for the specified time.

That is right. Victory points do not matter at all.
