when does smak tak become harrasment?

I am exp.'ing what I deem harassment and what the Game admins call smak tak. When does it become harassing? I have asked him to stop communicating and he continues with insults and more messages.

Hello again,

There is always a chance smak talk turns into harassment and this can be at any stage.

I am closing this thread as we are currently / have dealt with this issue
