When I accept a resource trade, it subtracts the resources instead of adding them.

I just joined a world at war, and some guy in asia says he joined by mistake and said i could have his resources. He send me trades for food goods and oil in exchange for peace. but when I approve the trades, the system took the amount of resources away that I should have received.
