I know that Venice has a lot of canals through the downtown area, but I don't remember hearing of any Spanish cities built like that.

Clearly, neither of you are aware of one best remaining still-secret weapons of the Second World War:
The Royal Navy's flying mobile airstrips. If they could have flying aircraft carriers and amphibious submarine aircraft, why not ships on land?
Oh, wait. That was the comic book version.

Isn't that.. A Mother ship? A ship in which smaller ships are launched? ie, a flying aircraft carrier, or a dirigible in which small prop planes may be launched?

I have a feeling that it's of the Imperial I class.

Or it could be a Mega class, don't worry, all you need to destroy one is a cruiser built by fish people and a vice admiral that swings between good and evil.
For these issues you can always send in a bug report from within your game. We game operators have a special button that resets ships to where they are supposed to be when they run aground.

Probably more value selling it to Exxon, or the operators of the Costa Concordia

Or Lucasfilm, erase Jar Jar from both canon and legends, two problems solved.
