Won Game but Lost

A game I was playing as Yugoslavia on the 1932 Road to War map, I gained the necessary 654 victory points in order to win. However, upon my entry to the game, it had announced that Germany had won the game, not I. Germany has barely expanded in the game and is not eligible for the victory.

*EDIT* Upon reentry to the ended game, it had announced me as in 1st place and gave me gold for the victory.
