Wont research infantry

could we have some screen shots? We need more info here

When I looked up the manual it said to click the research button but I dont see one is there one? I just click on the icon of what I want to research (i.e infantry) but nothing is happening. If I cant research I cant play this game.

I don't know how to do a screen shot perhaps you could show me a screen shot of the research screen and where Im supposed to click to research something. This is really annoying me I played supremecy 1914 without any problems now I get to the third task on the tutorial and I cant even research something

I see. First go to your research screen and check if you have an empty reserach slot by looking in the top right corner (it should say "free research slot"), you can only do 2 research at once (See attachment 1) Then click on the icon of the research you want to do and check if you can afford it (any resources in red means you don't have enough of it), you check by looking on the panel on the right when you select the research you want to do. (see attachment 3) Then if you can afford it click on "start research" on the right panel (see attachment 2)

Oh I see. Howevere that panel to the right doesnt come up for me so I dont get the option of checking my resources or clicking a begin research button. I wonder why this is? Is it just my computer? Anyway I logged a bug report I hope it gets fixed for me so that I can play this game

Well, hopefully it will get fixed then. Why don't you try joining another game and see if you have the same issue

I tried it on annother computer and it worked. It looks like I just cant research on this computer
