Wyoming - Two Capitals

I recently joined a "Doomsday" round as Wyoming, but the game thinks both Cheyenne and Casper are capitals. However, only the capital at Cheyenne shows on the map, and I can't build a capital at Casper. Can someone please fix this? Thanks. (game #366566
