yellow unit tag

why is the tag (the box that show the number of units) yellow on my rocket brigades? Never seen it before today. Also, this same brigade does not attack. I will move to the spot an enemy is but you can not get them to engage.

okay .... just weird that I seen this at about the same time a couple of my units starting to refuse to attack its enemy target.
