Yugoslavia's Flag In World At War

I noticed that in the Operation Supremacy round I'm in, Yugoslavia's flag is now the one in my pfp. However, this is not accurate as is was only used by Tito's Partizans from 1943, not in 1939 when the map is set. Why was this change made? Does Bytro proof their work? Was this change made across all scenarios invloving Yugoslavia?

This is world at war, it’s not meant to be historically accurate. There is a reason there are no Nazis on that map, what about them? Plus you know the global order collapsed and many countries have been made or United. Not to mention the world has lost all military production capabilities and has to rebuild them from scratch. Oh or the fact the world starts with completely same population (which is way bigger than it should be) and technology(cause the Belgian Congo is somehow now as advanced as Germany and the UK despite being a horridly treated colony probably years ago.) I mean in operation supremacy terrorists managed to reduce the amount of cities in Germany and somehow got strong but we don’t talk about that. At least they have Salazar for Portugal meanwhile HWW is wrong lol. World at war is really a dystopian map about how humanity could have ended up…
