so you can take as many provs per day as you want with ART?
Blue Collar Game
This will be a trial event for new or less active players.
The game will start around noon server time on 17 Oct. and run for 45 days.
The rules are as follows:
- 3 day peace period with active players, no peace period with NPC.
- A player may capture one province per day with infantry, and a second with armor. There is no limitation on ranged combat. A player may use artillery, warships and bombers to bombard any number of enemy territories and units.
- Rebellions do not count towards the province capture limitations.
- Coalitions allowed as per current restrictions, according to map size.
- Be respectful: Common standards of fair play are expected and normal social ethics. No personal attacks in the news. Any questions concerning possible rules violations should be sent to the game host only, via private message.
- Gold spending is not allowed.
The map size will be determined by the number of entrants.
Since this is a trial event, the game will be unranked.
You may request entry by posting here or by private message to WayneBo.

Negative. Ranged units may bombard at will, but no more than 2 provinces may be taken per day.DxC wrote:

Wayne, as game staff i feel the need to make sure you know, Bytro and COW game staff can not enforce these rules, this is strictly honor based and we can not get involved as this is not a Bytro organized event.WayneBo wrote:

DxC, you can bombard as many territories as you wish with arty and knock the morale down for rebellions, but no, arty cannot direct capture provinces beyond the one territory limit and not being armor, they don't qualify to direct capture the second. Hope that gives a better understanding of the rule.
Nimbrel, you are entered.
Thank You for the support and clarification of the rules.
interesting concept. I'd like to try this format if I can.
Use of espionage to cause a rebellion is permissible?
Been thinking if quite a few ideas by employing units in different roles here. Hope we get enough takers.
Yes, use of espionage to rebel territories is an acceptable tactic.Clanpred wrote:

excellent, the whole rule change allows for very different game mechanics and use of units.
Looking forward to the game.

Will country choice be allowed?
A sign me up as well
I'm interested in trying new ideas
No, the placement will be random, just like the PL.xXCooksterXx wrote:

I'm in, thanks for organizing.
Which units will count as armored? Tanks obviously, in early versions of the thread it was more motorized leaning versus armored so clarification would be good on TD's, Mechanized inf, motorized Art, etc.

i think the easiest way is to call everything under the Armour tab as armoured.
no... it includes stuff like arty and AT
I'd say: AC, all tanks, TD, mot & mech inf
