ACHIEVEMENTS ARE REMOVED FROM PL RULES FROM JANUARY 2018 GAME ONWARDS

Achievements:

There will be bonus points available for the FIRST coalition that achieves any of the achievements listed below. These are one-time bonuses, available ONLY to the first team to achieve them; anyone achieving them after that gets NO points. Achievements must be claimed by the coalition achieving them to the moderator within 24h from doing so. If cities part of the achievement are consequently lost, proof must be provided that all cities were held at the same time. Bonus points are rewarded on the day they are achieved, and will be recorded in the WH and on the forum. They cannot be lost.

Territorial achievements:

Mediterranean dominance - control Gibraltar, Istanbul, Port Said, and Valetta at the same time. 20 points.

Baltic dominance - control Stockholm, Leningrad, Danzig, and Copenhagen at the same time. 15 points.

North Sea dominance - control Lille, Aberdeen, Bergen and Hamburg at the same time. 12 points

Atlantic dominance - control Dublin, Lisbon, Casablanca and New York at the same time. 20 points.

American dominance - control Quebec, Philadelphia, Jacksonville, and Havana at the same time. 12 points.

Balkan dominance - control Vienna, Bucharest, Belgrade, and Athens at the same time. 12 points.

Central dominance - control Berlin, Rome, Paris and Warsaw at the same time. 15 points.

Iberian dominance - control Bordeaux, Marseilles, Madrid, and Lisbon at the same time. 8 points.

African dominance - control Rabat, Algiers, Tripoli, and Cairo at the same time. 12 points.

Nordic dominance - control Halifax, Reykjavik, Murmansk and Archangelsk at the same time. 15 points

Eastern dominance - control Helsinki, Moscow, Kazan, and Kiev at the same time - 15 points.

Black dominance - control Sevastopol, Istanbul, Adana, and Tblisi at the same time. 15 points.

Alps dominance - control all original provinces of Switzerland and Austria at the same time. 8 points.

Middle east dominance - control Sirte, Suez, Medina and Kars at the same time. 8 points.

Alps dominance - control all original provinces of Switzerland and Austria at the same time. 8 points.

Global dominance - control Washington, London, Berlin and Moscow at the same time. 40 points.

Trading provinces on the list for "Domination" achievements is still allowed, but an achievement will not be available to a coalition that recieves any of the provinces of that achievement in trade. Furthermore, if there are reasons to suspect that an achievement is "given away", the moderator may choose to decline the point reward for the achievement.

Several people banding together into a coalition to immediatly grab one of the achievements IS allowed.

Be the first nation to achieve 100 points at day change (individually, scored for coalition) - 5 points

Be the first nation to achieve 200 points at day change (individually, scored for coalition) - 10 points

Be the first nation to achieve 300 points at day change (individually, scored for coalition) - 15 points

Be the first nation to achieve 400 points at day change (individually, scored for coalition) - 20 points

Be the first nation to achieve 500 points at day change (individually, scored for coalition) - 25 points

(when more than one nation qualifies at the same time, points will be split)

Trading of provinces to get to these amounts is allowed.

For half point rounds, all achievement points will also be halved.
