PL will start tomorrow. It looks like it will be played on the 22p map (unlessa there is a bunch more applications today). Exact start time can't be given, sorry.
Given the flak I took last month, this will be a normal point round. The WH achievements will be cancelled; there is one new dominance award:
Middle east dominance - control Sirte, Suez, Medina and Kars at the same time. 8 points.
I'm sorry that there won't be enough time to adjust achievements for coalition size this round; I'll look into that for the september round.
