PL October game questions

This is my first PL game and I have some questions if anyone can answer them.

First, in today's WH edition (Day 5) there was a post by a player regarding an "Outside Administrator". The player who posted that article does not most likely speak English as a first language, either that or used a translator or possibly the WH translated the article for him/her (I'm not sure if the WH translates articles into the language you speak, does it?). Either way, I was not clear as to what the poster was trying to say. What is this about an "Outside Administrator" and if that means one or more of our players might have the ability to gain "insider information" that would create an unfair advantage? I doubt that is the case, but wanted to bring it up here to learn more about the PL and this game.

Second, in yesterday's WH edition (Day 4) there were a few posts about "Gold Checks". Can someone explain the process by which someone is determined to have used gold during a game round? Also, one player made the comment about it being a "hassle" to do these checks, and had an issue with a player making that post anonymously. Why is it a hassle, and why the issue over it being anonymous and/or not identifying the player in question?

Trying to educate myself on these issues, so thank you for the time you take to answer my questions. Any flames will be ignored, I'm not out for arguments just want to learn about this game.

Are you a duplicitous person and a coward or will you step up and honor your own words. Putting aside your nonsense about ignoring my posts. What you really meant to say was.

Mr Selfridge,

Please give me some time to consider in what way i may have been offensive to another player and decide in my own time how to resolve the untrue accusations i leveled at another player and posted in the main forum for everyone to see.

in Brief if im not mistaken: i was attacking ulun while keya was fighting Ulun, as in all PL, at some point players get mad from each other! Ulun send all his army north and leave all his core wide open for me to grab,,, i guess that made keyadoria mad.. so i land grabbed while they both fight typical PL game ...

No. It does not. There are other language servers but none of them offer cross-translation capabilities. If a person wishes to play on a different language server, it's entirely up to them to furnish the correct language posts.

It is likely a knee jerk reaction by Keyadoria to mere banter but it could be also be that someone tried to have Keyadorias knees broken. Someone ( for example Shawn Eckardt) may have tried to conspire with Ulun and ulun was the better man and said no. He wasn't going to break Keyadoria knee's. Maybe there was bet a on the game, and Atchy66 stood to make a profit if Keyadoria fell during a beilmann spin.
Okay i am dropping the ice skating analogy,

It seemed like such a waste to destroy an entire battle station just to eliminate one man. But Charlie knew that it was the only way to ensure the absolute and total destruction of Quasi-duck, once and for all.

Mark you are mistaken. What you did is a very good strategic. Its not problem to me. Well played, If i were you, I could make the same.

And Im not get mad.

Another problems were here. And I told it.

Some people said that I cry And Im a drama. Hmm I dont see Any drama in my articles. And i didnt start a forum thread. I didnt want to speak about it So lot. Some people understand What happend, some dont understand, Or dont want to understand. Thats all. But need to think why less And less people are in pl. Good discussion to you. I bored the blames and I dont want to be in part of it. Bye / And Sorry for my epic bad English .../
