Revised PL Rules

Grandpoohba stated in the August PL sign up to read and agree to the "revised PL Rules"...I don't see anything different from before....am I missing something here????

I strongly suggest that additional rule is introduced as a trial this month:

1 war per country for at least first 10 - 15 days and 24 hrs declare war period.

There is quite good take up for this map within my alliance... I don't want to hear any drama stories about wolfpacking - ARH-WOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!
