Best tactic if you have High Command

The best thing in high command I think is changing the fire control of artillery and other units such as Railroad gun and rocket artillery. Especially, the offensive fire control, using this auto attacks enemies, this means if you have 10 units of Railroad guns and you tell it to move into another country's capital and you can pretty much do that without losing much health, of course, use interceptors to uncover the path first.
