Cool idea, but it would take too much for the developers to do. If you think of it, you can’t actually just copy and paste code to merge game modes. The developers will need to figure out how to code it in properly.
There’s also the problem of logistics. Let’s say, you want to merge HWW with Team Up. Well, the developers will have to think of which cities are going to be available to the players, and how they can make it so that both teams are equal in strength.
Honestly, it’s just a hassle for the developers to do something that not many people can access anyways.
