The "Elite World" is a special round for the Players League.
This game starts on Friaday, January the 22th (Game is running now!)
what is the Players League?
The PL is a series of games which is created by players for players. The League starts every 1st. of a month a new game on different maps, with the players that have signed for the next game. Nobody needs to play every game. The winners of a match get points for the hall of fame.

By the way I have questions based on the rules and regulations. First I was wondering if using spies counts as attacking a player since as you well stated it is a declaration of war. So is the use of spies on the start acceptable or no. And about the free country selection. Everyone can choose and or reserve a country. However what if that player is late or doesn't join. What are the rules based on someone reserving a country and what if someone wanted that same country however cannot choose it due to the reservation of another. How many days or a certain time until he is allowed to choose that reserved country? Because after all we have a limited 3 days to join after that the game will be closed. And last question will be on the 3 man cell alliance. Will we have to post who we are allied to on the newspaper on day one? How will we know if someone has 4 or more share maps. Also do the allying of AI's (if possible since I have never had a share map nor a right of way with elite AI) count towards that of your 3 man cell alliance? Well that's all. Hopefully my questions can be answered. And am looking forward to the game.

1.) The info spies are allowed in the first 24 hours. The other not!
2.) The players can choose a country witch is free, if a other player has already chosen it he must take a other.
3.) Most of the rules are gentlemen agreements!
4.) The infos about the allies, we get during the game with espionage. It's only allowed to have SM with two players.
5.) If you playing the game like Gandhi, without declaring war to other nations you will get SM with AI-Nations.
