if you click it you will be directed to the topic which is stickied in co-op subforum where hundreds of players have already requested entry into the July tournament. I don't see any reason to make a roster for the tournament because many who have 'signed up' will not join. It isn't like there will be a secretive password either. The round will be first come first serve. Maybe it just induces hype which is okay.
