Looking for a strong pan-Asian player

The way I imagine this is waiting for the Pacific map to come back, and when it does I would play as British Odisha while my opponent plays as Burma. This way allied and Pan-Asian can go at it right away. If no one wants to wait I suppose I could make do with a pacific conquest map. How do I keep people from interfering? All I can do is ask people not via the newspaper. Can do better than that.

I thought I should maximize the Pan-Asian nation's advantage. Since Pan-Asian is strongest in the early game I thought the all-out war on day one would help do that, but I suppose I could play as an Australian nation instead, and fight Sumatra or Borneo.

why look for a head to head with inexperienced players even tho it would help them? when you play next time go and find out who is playing and talk to them on going head to head.
