From what I've heard @Lady Aragosta is planning to join one as the USA to sponsor small countries.

I might do a Red China reprisal but New Zealand or Paraguay might be fun too.

I don't think it's hard tbh, last time I played HWW ACAI I got Fr*nce pretty easily.

Yes, I know... Some people would consider it a very minor country indeed, but just going by VPs and power alone...

Fr*nce (other than Italy) is the easiest major to get, mainly since it is the weakest and is at the mercy of whatever the Germans do in the first few days,

Italy isn't really a major. Also, I'd say Fr*nce can defend against Germany after day 3-4 with enough artillery. I'm pretty sure we've discussed this before and we disagree on this. IMO it's the last major to be grabbed because of stigma due to WW2 rather than anything else.
