Given that the first game is in the end stage, I am starting up game number 2.
Just like in the other topic, same rules apply, basically no Gold usage by gentlemans agreement and stay active until you are (near) dead or win the game.
Map will be 10 player map with no country selection, unless more then 15 people apply within a short timespan - then I will make it 22 players.

You would've probably had trouble with me. I still had a massive navy(around 25-29 DD and BB together), 21 tac bombers and over 40k men in Africa.
