Sir McSquiggles' Staff Invitational: All forum and chat users welcome and invited!

Greetings Generals,

This is an exciting idea that I've been thinking of for some time now.

Imagine a team map, but on the world map! Imagine a map where you could play with fellow members from the forum/chat!

This is how it will go:

  1. The world map!
  2. 3 teams! You choose what team you want to be on.

  3. Free country selection!
  4. this will be a no gold game
  5. You decide how you want to play this! (this is not an RP)

And the best part is... This will be run by staff and free for all members of the community. You can fight against or alongside people that you see here daily. Including members of staff! Think about all the possibilities! But there are 100 slots! So get your spot quick!

Stay tuned for notices/updates.

To apply:

1. Tell me your ingame username

2. What country do you want to be?

3. What team number?

Stay tuned for notices/updates.

As alternatives to British Columbia:

EZ Dolittle

New Zealand

Peru

Italy

Team Blue

I would like to join in this game, but I am worried that I am not yet skilled enough. However there is only one way to find out. I don't mind where I go or what team as long as I am not mega far from the rest of my team. It could be fun and I will get to know some other players. My IGN is BusyLizzy

@Sir McSquiggles

I recommend that you contact each person individually when making the game, otherwise people will choose the wrong nations.

Well, if @Sir McSquiggles expects that everybody will choose their team and nation properly, he is wrong. But since he is main administrator, he is probably going to put everyone in the game automatically.

@Xarus can explain why it is a bad idea to let large ammount of people choose their team and country and expect them to do it right. :D

Hehe, my point exactly. I hope sguiq will add each player manually or get someone else to do it. :)

If someone chooses the wrong country, I can switch em. :)

But can you move people if they choose wrong team? @Xarus said that things like that can't be repaired. It happened in Clash of Alliances game. Anyway, since you are creating it as a team game, it will be hard to join, because all the time, number of people in different team can't be higher than one. So... in our game, some people saw that they can't join their team at the moment and (really :P ) joined wrong team on purpose. And many similar problems occured. I was just pointing that.

So powerful =O

I could yet decide to join this game. Maybe I will find some time after all.

(:

If I may be so bold as to ask when is it starting ?

"Warning may contain a nut"

I would like to ask a question. What is the authority of a team commander and how were they chosen (except @Sir McSquiggles of course)? Looks like they are maybe chosen only because they are mods, but I could be wrong. If this is a competitive game, then leader, if he has some important responsibilities, should be some good player.

My idea is not to question someone's abilities because I don't know how good or bad some of the people who applied can play, and I am not pointing to anyone, but I would like to know, if I apply and choose some of the teams, will I have to obey to the decisions of the team leader, especially if he is wrong or if I think he is wrong, or I could potentially think about a mutiny or something. :D

Another thing, looks like there is a lot of people in blue team. Will there be a limit for that or...?

So do we know who the team leaders are?

If you want, you guys can have a vote on who you want the leader to be.

I don't even know. I'm Communist Russia but... Which team should I be on???
