A Challange to those who have been playing for a while

Is when you find a newbie out there give him a hand and give his/her some advise in making factories, industries, making stacks and what a stack should have in it and anything else they might ask.
I do that every game for the last 9 months now that I have learned some of the game in COW.
I started this game after I was in a bombing in the middle east to help my brain damage and it has helped and wished someone would have help me with advise.
Does this help you in helping others? Only you can know that....
