Somewhere in the alternative Universe: After the successful conquest of Russia, Napoleon Bonaparte was proclaimed the Emperor of Germany, He ruled France and Germany with an iron fist, After his reign ended his Empire was divided between his two sons and now their successors rule the two countries 'France and Germany'.
Day 1
Diplomacy: The Emperor Joined a coalition with the Spanish, the French, and the Italians. The British said that they would be neutral.
Research: The Emperor told his scientists to research Pz.Kpfw.Tiger and to upgrade the military's medium tanks and mechanized divisions.
Production: Our workers and production managers are beginning the production of medium tanks, mechanized divisions, artillery and tactical bombers, as for our navy the Emperor asked our brothers the French to guard our coastlines.
Warfare: As for now the military needs rest.
Future Plans: The Emperor and his advisers decided to invade and occupy Poland as they are not able to govern themselves.

From my point of view Poland is green so you have friendly settings with him so either ROW or shared maps. This means you will backstab Poland. I'm not a fan of backstabbing.
Coalition: You have chosen your allies due to their geography to feel safe early on. This is a big mistake as it leaves no room to expand. Your only option is to invade either Norway, Sweden or Finland. If you attack one the others might support. Furthermore you need to disembark your troops for an invasion which always poses a risk. You are completely landlocked by your allies. Instead you should chose your allies based on their level, their KD ratio, province retainment and games joined vs games won ratio. If you make a coalition with the best players on the map then the win is guarenteed.
Better allies: You could be allies with Spain and attack France together. Russia could be a second ally to attack Poland together and take the Scandinavian countries next.
With German Empire, I've had two wins when I joined a coalition with Spain and Italy, and invaded France together. I had an NAP with Russia, and when it was over, I invaded Russia as well. At that point, it's basically just mopping up points.
