Alliance Game Setting
What are the settings so in an Alliance game people enter and can join their respective teams.
Have tried it but the game forces even teams and u have to wait for the other team to have equal number of players before you can add more of yours

I am sorry for the delay in this ended up going out to do a service project yesterday and had to pick someone up before hand and the project itself took all afternoon and evening.
So for internal alliance games that allow teams:Country selection set to: Free
And "free teams" selected, with the number of teams adjustable on most maps

At the country selection screen each player can use the button "skip and choose randomly"

I have a good suggestion for you. Apply for some good alliance and learn something from the players there. And before leading an alliance firstly look at your in game level and then think about leading players above level 50
