If your capital isn't near the center of your core provinces, in some cases you can benefit a lot from moving it to a more central location.

I didnt change my capital ıt ıs not on the centre my country ıt ıs centre of core provinces

Personally I don't like to move my capital very far away from my core. Your core is the most productive part of your economy, and even a slight morale hit there can have a drastic influence on your production.

Do, or do not, there is no "try"

I have explained it elsewhere, perhaps even in that thread that was linked to above, but the short version is: Building infrastructure to level 3 and industry to level 5 will DOUBLE the production of the naked province. My goal in any map is to build my economy in my core as nearly the highest priority before I go wandering off. In a 100 player map I want my core to be fully developed and a significant food surplus before I leave my home continent.

So if you are that far behind you need to STOP building units for at least a week and only build your economy.
