Any chance of new maps?

Are there any chances of a feature for creating new maps that aren't based on the actual map of the Earth? Would be challenging and bring new life to the game to have different 'world' maps.

Bytro currently isn't very interested in creating new maps, the best you can see is 1.5 versions of old maps.

Well...That kind of sucks. Can only conquer the same world so many times before it gets boring.
