collect your troops together and leave useless lands. defend your island while upgrading economy and researching troops you want. too lazy for a detailed advice, sorry

Any Help as england in historic world war
I'm England in Historic World War and British India attacked my colony in Myanmar in Day2 
I only got 1 commando and 1 militia
What should I do? Btw he's a bit of inactive after the 1st attack and I think he would become ai very fast

Just pull back your troops from Burma. You can always deal with him later when you are more powerful.
