Anybody ever seen the Pan Asian lvl 3 heavy tank model

Yup, that's new for me. I don't play with heavy tanks. Tried them once and they were too slow for my style.

What's the name of it?

Japan had some heavy tanks in development, but never built them (some had Wooden models).

And they ordered a Tiger from Germany, which was never delivered. Thats why the TIger is the first look of Japanese heavy tanks, and included in the Japanese research tree

Probably the O-1.
