Are carriers bugged?

So in my current game I deployed a carrier and put my naval bombers in. Then I moved the ship to a position where I had a destroyer waiting for him. When this two units merged, I noticed that the free space counter changed from 0 to 4. Then I tried to move my planes and they started to embark, to move by ship. Then when I tried to cancel the order they started to embark, but now to the carrier. So now I have 4 planes in trucks in the middle of the baltic sea, waiting to convert themselves in ships to go to an airport.

My question: Is this a bug? I don't know if it's related with the map (22 map, tutorial).

This is a common issue with carriers with the most recent update. We are already working on fixing it. For the interim I suggest not merging or splitting naval groups involving carriers.

Yes, it is bugged. Try searching for other threads about it in the the search function. (Top right corner)
