ARE WE ABLE TO HEAL OUR DAMAGED ARMY MEMBERS, AS LONG AS THEIR HP ISNT ZERO? IF SO, HOW DO I DO IT?

Units healat daychange,15% of their missing health. Ground units heal when they are in landyou control, moving is OK, air units heal when they are operatingfrom one of your airbasesand sea units heal anywhere on sea. Units on convoy and planes oncarrier do not heal. Can use gold if not in melee.
Here are different ways to heal:
1) Gold
2) sea units heal at day change
3) ground units heal if in their own territory at day change
By heal, I do not mean to 100% necessarily but will heal a little bit.
